概要

::__builtin_*() は GNUC の組み込み関数なので，直接使わないようにすべきです．
以前のコミットを参考にすれば修正方法できるはずです．

C++11 を前提としたことで新しい gcc や clang しか使えなくなっているため，バージョンによる切り替えなどは省略できそうです．
