Once a missed bibRefCitation has been tagged, how can it be attributed with the respective values? What are the minimal values needed to create it valid bbiRefCitation for the taxpub export?

If you do it via "Tools > Mark Bibliographic Citations", the attributes are added automatically. If you simply use "Annotate" in the context menu, you most likely have to use "Copy Attributes" to fetch the attributes from the bibliography. And if there is no reference in the bibliography, you need to use "Edit Attributes" and then type the attributes in one by one.
