With the release of Google Chrome 24, the WebKitBlobBuilder API has been removed:

The issue is in the stopgo.js file, which I solved here:

Developers, please update trunk and demo. I can confirm the code modified by Indb works correctly as a drop-in replacement for the current worker-stopgo.js file.
