Use the role descriptions below as a template for posting open roles on the AtD open roles wiki.
### Project Manager

Access the Data is building a test website for its data catalog. We need a Project Manager who can help keep us and our Product Manager keep this project on track while we cross the finish line. Our goal is to launch this test site by the end of the semester. After that, there will be a brief break and planning will need to begin on the next project.
The Project Manager will work closely with our team of developers and designers to track and create issues on our project board and conduct weekly check-ins.
Duties include:
- Managing the Kanban/project boards
- Leading team meetings/running Zoom rooms
- Onboarding/Offboarding volunteers
- Planning and updating semesterly goals (aka our "onesheet")
- Managing the Project Charter
- Scheduling meetings
- Running retrospective exercises
- Creating documentation
Skills needed or willing to be learned:
- Creating and managing Google calendar events
- Creating and managing Zoom rooms
- Creating project documentation (Project charters, communications, etc.)
Time commitment: 5-6 hours a week
- 1 50-minute PM meeting a week
- 1 50-minute Team meeting every Wednesday 5:00-5:50pm PT
- 3-4 hours of work
