createDefaultsSection should be POST instead of PUT #353

Adding a defaults section is done with a PUT to /services/haproxy/configuration/defaults, where I had expected a POST.

Changing the method would break backward compatibility, but maybe it is possible to add the more logical POST overload for the same operation?
