[DOCS] Fedora install command not valid for Fedora 41

Describe the bug

Installation command for Fedora of Vault is invalid as of current GA of Fedora 41.

To Reproduce

1. Go to page at https://developer.hashicorp.com/vault/install
2. Under Linux select Fedora
3. Note the command provided does not work with Fedora 41

Expected behavior

Update the command for Fedora 41 to be the following command:

sudo dnf config-manager addrepo --from-repofile=https://rpm.releases.hashicorp.com/fedora/hashicorp.repo

Environment:

• Server Operating System/Architecture: Fedora 41
