By default facebook opens many post with the setting over the first comment "Most relevant", instead of "All comments", therefore only this selection is snapshotted.

Do I understand correctly that changing this option to "all comments" would be enough?

Honestly I don't understand... I could not find any other example, this option pops up only in one of my private groups. And the other members of the same group do not see it... Maybe it's a facebook bug. Officially this option appears only on Pages , not in groups.

I compared the differences by switching it to "All Comments" and did not see any difference in my strange case. So I suggest to forget it for now, I'll report it again if I find something.

(But to answer your first question, yes, the solution would be to switch this option to "all comments" before creating the screenshots)

I'll still look into it, maybe on some facebook page. But it might as well be a bug, Facebook has many 😉
Feel free to post when you'll have more info.
