Manage Administrator Accounts

Add screens necessary to administer the application admin accounts.

Requirements:

1. Add screens to manage (create, edit, delete) a user profile (Firstname, Lastname, username and email address and phone number).
2. Add screen to reset password.
3. Provide link for admin to reset password from login screen.

No problem. I've actually added the items below as issues to the repository. If you'd like you can create a feature branch based on which ever issue you want to try and tackle and send a pull request when you finish.
