When there are multiple errors "at the same place" where only one has an available code action but the one currently under the cursor doesn't, perhaps helix should suggest the next error that does. Right now it says that there is a fix for one of them, but doesn't allow you to perform it until you move to the correct spot.
Basically default to the first & closest action (and list the rest) that is within the same rendered underscore/error range.
