Add Small Window feature

I need a widget that displays a miniature view of the SimpleWoL running in the background on top of the current application.

The Small Window (aka picture-in-picture mode) feature allows you to display a window overlaying other apps and pin it to the edge of the screen as an always-on small label. The label can be freely moved along the side edges of the screen.

Google Android 14 Update log
• Added Mini small window mode, which allows you to switch to a mini window in navigation and other scenarios to view in-app content conveniently. You can double-tap to switch to full screen
• Added Split-screen & small window overlay, which allows you to open small windows in split-screen mode
