The CI was using one on my personal surge.sh account before. The token was invalid somehow.

Also, I just login back to my surge.sh account and noticed that there were 884 deployed projects, all of which are hexo flamegraph. Maybe we need to let CI run automatically purge.

Probably, but do notice we might need to publish flamegraphes of PRs.

It looks like GitHub Action's security policy prevents access to secrets from workflows running in the fork.
