(Design suggestion) Replace D-Bus with zbus #82

zbus is a Rust implementation of D-Bus, by using this all C dependencies are removed.

D-Bus is pulled in by souvlaki which does have an option to use zbus.

I did want to use zbus, but I ran into some issues in early development - I'll try again for the next release.
