Format changes mid string.

Is there anyway to get formatting changes exported with the test layers. No I have started to use this on strings with bolded text in them, color changes etc. I have noticed that formatting changes such as these are not exported so these are lost in the translated versions. If there anyway that these could be exported in some from of Markup that would allow for placement of the markers around corresponding translated words?
