Quick Settings: Volume Audio Device Selector not Present on non-primary screen/display

Describe the bug

1. Use 2 screens/displays
2. Choose "Quick Settings" on the non-primary screen/display
3. Unable to see/select a different audio device

Where was Dash-to-Panel installed from?
GNOME Extension Manager

I can't reproduce this, here the Sound output menu is on every panel/screen.
