A dedicated Mapbox account is currently used to provide basemaps in oam-browser.

In order to consolidate resources for easier management, a token should be used from the main HOT Mapbox account instead.

Issue a new token from the Mapbox HOT account
Update the Mapbox layer in oam-browser
Close the OpenAerialMap Mapbox account
