This is code for cleaning the GPS-data of an Antirrhinum Majus zone.
There are two phases:
Phase1: Assign to every GPS-read a quality score.
Phase2: Merge all single GPS-reads, and for cases where an individuals GPS-entry appears multiple times -> Choose one of them.
