In get_schema() add option to return a list representation of a schema #167

For some functionality a list representation of the schema is more appropriate.

It would be good to add an output argument that allows us to retun a list instead of JSON text representantion.

Once added, update the examples in hubAdmin::get_array_paths() to use the new functionality
