[Feature Request] Dutch parler-tts.

Hi, It would be nice to add dutch support to this lanaguage maybe in few months I could help with that with some grant for collecting the audio data, just would need to know how to retrain the model then and there is still the issue with voice consistency.

Hey there, you can already use this checkpoint: https://huggingface.co/parler-tts/parler-tts-mini-multilingual-v1.1
It does work with Dutch although quality might disappoint, the training dataset isn't that great!

@ylacombe Thanks I didn't know it existed tested Dutch with the default speaker and asked multiple people but the voice is like 5/10. But maybe we manage to collect some data. And if the voice cloning start working properly I could copy voice with better accent.
