Change the waterfall plots to plot both polarizations A and B #3

Although, the batch scripts that create a Web page with plots of all the data (waterfalls.sh and specs.sh) contain both pols. This Web page can be printed to PDF and sent around.

Both polarizations are now plotted by 01_plot_waterfall.py. However antenna 256 is not there. See issue #13.
