This would be better off as a task in the Projects. The idea is to do batch runs that vary the values of flagging parameters. Assessing the output could be done visually but there are likely to be hundreds of plots to look at. It could be assessed numerically by analyzing the Gaussianity of each channel. If we had a way of numerically analyzing the output of HiBayes, then that could be used. The ideal would be to vary the flagging parameters to get the best result out of HiBayes - in terms of sensitivity or finding the Bowman dip - by doing batch runs.
