Lund living trees data submission

Appended is the data file with metadata from living trees from the Lund dendro lab.
Data tables are green, lookup tables are blue and analysis_values related tables purple.

Most new lookups have already been imported in another submission. But one important new lookup is "innermost tree-ring date". This will be stored in tbl_dendro_dates. The lookup will need to be added to tbl_value_classes.

However, as this change has not been made to tbl_dendro_dates, which still has dendro_lookup_id relation, both tbl_value_classes and tbl_dendro_lookup is included in the data submission.

If a foreign key can't be found among public SEAD data then it should be in another table stored locally in the data file. Or vice versa.

Updated version of data that features a modification to tbl_sample_dimensions. This modification adds a link to tbl_value_qualifier_symbols in order to allow a greater variety in dimensions.
