Problem with 'counts' in new dendro filters #140

In the new filters "Estimated Felling Year" and "Outermost Tree Ring Date", there seems to be two problems with the counts:

When a selection is made (any selection), the counts returned for all the categories are always zero.
Even when counts are returned (when no selection have been made), they seem low. Is it really true that there are only 15 datings (which is the highest count of all the categories) of samples between 1780-1800?
