Look into locking down the TouchDB

We have a couple of options:

• Port couchbaselabs/TouchDB-iOS@0235b18 to TouchDB- Android
• Write a JavascriptInterface which wraps Ektorp for CRUD on CouchDB (No HTTP or REST)

For now I will work on #2, get a feel for TouchDB and then see what I can do
