Really cool plugin thanks.

Minor things I've wanted when using it:

When exporting to PDF turn off the 'fold' arrows
When exporting to PDF turn insta-toc into markdown links so they are functional in the PDF
Same to apply when using things like quartz or Obsidian Publish so links work on web browsers too?

Could potentially have a command to convert your insta-toc into normal markdown links and vice versa from links into insta-toc.
