[accessibility] Toggles aren't visible in Windows high contrast mode

The only way to see the state of the toggle is, for me at least (tested across my own themes & Windows' own default HC themes) is to flip the toggle, several times after which it'll briefly display the blue to the left of the toggle, emphasis on briefly. This can have unexpected consequences since the original state was not visible.

I've written zero code related to things w/ a GUI, otherwise I'd try to fix this myself.

An aside: I'm sure there are sight-impaired folks w/ more impaired vision than mine who enjoy the INAV software, and I don't need HC mode all the time (and don't often use Windows aside from gaming), so I'm not really raising an issue for me, but more in advocacy for others (including perhaps future me with further degraded vision, so dammit I am selfish after all!)
