Something confusing me on the auto landing documentation is Land Alt. Point 6 says final approach power reduced to 'Land Alt'. This is before point 7, indicationg Land Alt is reached before 'Glide'. However, the diagram shows Land Alt to be some editable distance above the ground but below glide and flare altitude. Further down under parameters it says Land Altitude: Altitude of the landing site, in cm. This Land Alt can be changed under safe home point settings and default is 5m which seems to be added to the elevation of the safe home point! How is land altitude different from elevation of the safe home location, or is this meant to be a manual correction to the elevation as read from the database? Default of 5m seems to be high if so.
