Empty tooltips

Right now, if we have a tooltip with empty content (undefined) on hover it will generate an empty tooltip instead of nothing. Is this intended, or will it be fixed in v5?

In our use case we load the tooltip content, which causes the tooltip content to be empty for a small amount of time.

Maybe you could show a <ProgressRadial /> inside the tooltip when it's loading? Alternatively, you could conditionally render the tooltip only after its content has loaded.

I would consider this working as intended. Maybe there's room for improvement though: the Tooltip probably shouldn't even allow undefined content (in its prop type) as it doesn't make sense.
