Hi,

Hi,

We're trying to deploy Data Tools and we are facing this same issue : any feed (including Google's Sample GTFS Feed) is rejected with a validation error

  • How could I turn off validation?
  • Where could I learn more about this validation error?

@landonreed Hi!

I'm sorry to insist, but are conducting a test of this tool for a major mobility player in Belgium, and would really need some help to know how we can further dig up the reason for this error.

Where could I find some more logs?

The log statements describing any exceptions encountered during feed load/validation can be found in the datatools-server (the companion back end Java application) logs. There is not currently any way to skip feed validation. I just tested uploading the Google sample feed and it worked fine, so this is likely not a bug but rather an issue with how the application has been set up/configured.
