Remove everything related to account and login. The app will be fully functional without accounts. Any user data (like favourite locations) that was previously stored in the backend will intead be stored on the phone.

  • Remove "My Profile" screen and menu item
  • Remove references to profile from 'favorites' code
  • Remove other references
