To enable testing of the Pinecone Vector DB client:

Register for a Pinecone account here.
Create an Index (eg., called "granite-cookbook") under Indexes (left nav)
Create an api key under API keys (left nav) and copy it
Put the api key in the utils repo secrets as PINECONE_API_KEY
