Timimi stopped saving on Windows Firefox

Hello,

Timimi suddenly stopped saving for me on Windows Firefox 117. I have verified that it's not due to the Firefox upgrade (exact same Firefox Portable works on a different machine). Possibly could be due to a recent IT upgrade (this is a work computer) supposedly to fix login problems.

Any TW, including an empty TWC or TW5, fails to save any change. Saving a tiddler generally won't give the "saved" message. Clicking "Save" on the TWC backstage will give the "saved" message, but the file isn't saved.

Is there any way to get Timimi to report what's happening or any troubleshooting that might help narrow down the problem?
