Missing the following metric in https://github.com/icgc-argo-workflows/argo-modules/blob/main/modules/icgc-argo-workflows/prep/metrics/resources/usr/bin/dnaaln.py#L29

cross_contamination_rate

Nice to have: sort the key:value in the report dict by alphabetic order.
