It would be great if Catcorr threw an informative error regarding Null fields (and, if applicable, datetimes).

I'm pretty sure the reason that catcorr doesn't except null's, is that, following crossfilter, "incomparable values such as NaN and undefined are not supported.".

This should be called out in the reference and an error should be thrown in this case.
