Seems like the en-GB/f voice recently changed from en-GB-Neural2-A to en-GB-Standard-N. Not sure why this happened, seeing as this line seems to hardcode that specific voice (en-GB-Neural2-A).
I think the old voice is more suited to the kind of music people use with text-to-speech samples, so it would be nice to change it back to something similar. Even one of the standard models would be good, such as en-GB-Standard-A from this page.
(even better for the future would be to be able to choose/cycle between voices)

I don't think there is a simple fix possible for this sadly.
I might get back to use a selfhosted software if I find one to generate the voice on the fly, instead of relying on Google.
