22.4.40 Re-Release

This is a re-release of 22.4.40 which removes the requirements for special start up options and resolves a few recent minor issues.

If you are experiencing issues where your scan shows no available ports for the hosts, check the logs and look for errors with "nasl_pread". If found, then you may need to run the container "unconfined". Take a look at #242 for more details. I'll be adding a bit in the docs shortly, and will add a link to it here as well.
