Add kebab menu back in to taxon detail inside of suggestions

Right now, when you're inside suggestions and click in to view a taxon detail page, you can't view the taxon page in an external browser. We're finding that: 1) this is something users need on taxon detail pages inside suggestions and 2) neither opening an external browser nor the share sheet will have a user exit the suggestions flow, so we can add the kebab menu back in on all taxon detail pages, including taxon detail through suggestions.
