Switch to RTL language does not change layout to RTL

Describe the bug

When you switch to an RTL language in the app, the app does not change the layout to RTL, even though the language changes.

To Reproduce

1. With system language in English, sign into an account with the locale set to en; note that the layout is in LTR
2. Change the app language to Hebrew; note that the side menu has some Hebrew translations, but that the layout does not change to RTL

Expected behavior

The layout of the app should change to RTL when you switch to an RTL language like Arabic, Hebrew, or Persian.

• App: iNat Next
• Device: iPhone SE, 3rd eng
• OS: iOS 18.1.1
• App version: 0.56.0 (131)

Additional context

Happens in iOS and Android. Not sure if this has never worked or not.
