Investigate Hermes requirements from DA Layer (Celestia)

Description

This study aims to determine the information that Hermes needs from the DA layer (in our case Celestia) to perform its relaying job. As well as how to query the information efficiently (In specific cases where we can get a piece of data from both rollup and DA layer, which is preferred?), with a focus on the following parameters:

• Determine aggregated proof retrieval methods #54
• Access methods for querying rollup-specific transactions
• Access methods for retrieving any other necessary data like height, timestamp, host consensus state, etc should flow through the DA layer.
