Using brew directive, automate homebrew release via goreleaser.

Yes we need to implement this. Currently it's a manual process.

I have seen that Formulae for sbomqs and others are already written here. Now only need to automate it via goreleaser via brew tap section. Let me know if anyone is proceeding with this otherwise I will be happy to take it.
