unclickable undefined system clock sync state notification

Describe the bug
A undefined warning bell notification pops up after installed PF v14.1
unclickable, no further information.

To Reproduce

1. install PacketFence 14.1 on a debian12 machine
2. pass the configurator
3. login to admin panel
4. see the alert bell icon with a number of "1"

Expected behavior
No warning message pops up if everything is fine.
or
warning / error messages pops up with detail context (not undefined)
or
after a ignore / clear messages, it does not pop up again
