  • List of data should be reevaluated based on additional information collected at site of first deployment:

    • List of required data should be limited to information that is present on UN refugee identification document.
    • The data collected should be generic enough to allow to suit different circumstances.
  • Some of the changes were already made on spot:

    • "camp" & "tent" fields were removed and "region" and "address" fields were added.
    • martial status and number of kids were set to be optional
  • [SUGGESTION] As the practice at the location seems to be to collect documents of all people waiting for appointment and then accept them perhaps the flow should be following:

    • collect basic data to add to waiting list;
    • require to input some additional "required" fields if missing before consultation starts when patient comes to encounter.
