Partial output in unwrapped interferogram using ISCE2 for ALOS-2 data

Hello everyone,

I'm running the stripmapApp using ISCE2, to generate the wrapped and unwrapped interferogram using a pair of ALOS2 scenes. My workflow includes the following steps:

module load ISCE2
stripmapApp.py alos2_swath.xml --steps

with the xml file:

The wrapped interferogram appears as expected, but when I attempt to view the unwrapped interferogram, only half of the image displays, with the rest of the data missing. I also tried reducing the study area, but the issue persists, and only part of the unwrapped interferogram shows up in each case. I don't think the issue is related to data loading or visualization, as I've tried various options to read and view the data.

Can anyone help we with this problem?
