Is id_token_encrypted_response_alg mandatory for OpenID Connect Relying Party Metadata?

Before the table with claims there is
"Il Metadata di tipo "openid_relying_party" DEVE contenere almeno i seguenti parametri obbligatori:"
but for the specific claim:
"id_token_encrypted_response_alg OPZIONALE. Se presente....."
