download links Mac vs PC

Hello -
I seem to be unable to create FTP download links for clients who use PC's as opposed to Macs.
I routinely upload zipped files for clients to download and approve (music and audio post mixes).
I create the links by being in the cyberduck downloads window I've designated for clients, and
right-click to generate the link over the selected file.
This works great for Macs, but for some reason, PCs are unable to start the download.

I would truly like to know why and what would be a solution?
