5/永久居留，拥有永久住所且为实际上的常住地。
4/长期居留，如学习、工作
3/短期居留，如商务访问、学术访问、旅游、探亲
2和1不太好定义，或许可以参照各国机场设计，出机场/火车站的过境算2，不出机场/火车站的过境算1
