Once a way of specifying UCDs (#19) has been established then TAP schema could be generated from the model

This has now been added to plugin 0.5.14 - TAPschema is generated as an XML serialisation of the https://github.com/ivoa/TAPSchemaDM representation of TAP Schema (also defined in VO-DML).
