f43.me fork using Symfony 7

FWIW, my fork now runs f43.me using Symfony 7.1 and AssetMapper (no more package.json). It required publishing some new packages so the dependencies would install (e.g. gabby).

What a great project this is. Thanks for sharing it. Now I'm going to integrate it with my specific needs in a different repo, but wanted to thank for you all you've done to create this, it's got a lot of nice features and could be used as an example of how to create a sophisticated Symfony project.

Let me know if you'd like to upgrade to Symfony 7 and I can provide some PR's, but it's a somewhat big jump (and not everything works, like the modal previews). But it compiles and runs!
