This toolbox will be most useful if we can transfer the core model fitting, validation and plotting code from the current NEMS library. Question is, how should interoperability be planned and maintained?

Proposal: xforms can be preserved in the main NEMS, but specific xforms commands can be made into wrappers for one or more nems-lite commands.
