Limit bot to certain rloes?

Im looking to make it so you need a specific role to use the bot. Similar to how the DJ commands are setup, but for the whole bot instead of the few commands

You can use the settc command to only allow JMusicBot commands in a private channel, then setting up permissions so only some people can access that private channel.
