from .request_helper import get, post having errors

Hi, I am trying to move my PDF files to sharepoing online but I keep getting error for timeout,

Shareplum HTTP Post Failed : HTTPSConnectionPool(host='pgone.sharepoint.com', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=3)

I found that it can be resolved by running the folder.py file available on this blog but when I try to run this file the first two lines doesn't work, where it has to import get, post from .request_helper.

I am facing this issue since two days, any help to resolve this timout error would be appreciated.
